TUNNELSYN: Eit kamera i trålposen, kopla i sanntid mot eit digitalt analyseverktøy. Om få år skal ein fiskeskippar kunna vita kva slags fisk han har i trålen, kor stor fisken er og kor stor fangsten vert, før han hiv trålposen om bord.
KYSTMAGASINET: Deep Vision vil bli et fremtidig svært viktig verktøy både for forskere og fiskere, og ikke minst for førstnvente som skal bestemme størrelsen på fremtidige kvoter.
KYST.NO: Scantrol Deep Vision ønsker å overføre sin teknologi fra bruk i trål til lakseoppdrett. Teknologien skal kunne automatisk både måle størrelsen på fisken, og gjenkjenne lus og og andre sykdommer. Dette skal gi røkterne får bedre sanntidsinformasjon om fisken i merden, som igjen vil gi bedre grunnlag for avgjørelser om for eksempel avlusing.

NRK NYHETER: Det nyeste innen fiskeriteknologi blir vist frem på Nor-Fishing, som i dag ble åpnet med utdeling av Innovasjonsprisen. Vinneren er bergensbaserte Scantrol Deep Vision, som har utviklet et slusesystem som sørger for at trålen bare slipper inn den fisken som man ønsker å fange.
